Ticketing
The Castro Theatre is open to outside producers for rental. As such, please check the event listing for the producers box office information. Be wary of any third-party websites not listed on your Castro Theatre event page as we unfortuanetly have no mechanism for verifying tickets purchased outside of the event producers official ticketing partner.
We do not offer regular on-site box office hours. Please visit event listings for day of event in person purchasing and will call hours.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a show has been postponed or cancelled. If you have purchased tickets to a postponed event, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled date. Ticket buyers who are unable to attend a rescheduled show date may request a refund up to 30 days after the rescheduled show announcement. This will allow others who can attend the new date to purchase your tickets. For cancelled shows, tickets will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Note, the Castro Theatre allows for outside producers to rent the theatre, events not produced by the Castro Theatre will have different refund and exchange policies. Please reference the individual event page for confirmation on this policy.
